Bringing it back...

Long time, no talk. Long time... never talk?

If you haven't already noticed, the last post I made on this blog was just about a year ago. Well, here I am... trying it again. Maybe I'll stick around longer this time?

ANYWAYS.

I'm currently living in Boston, working full time, going to grad school full-time at night. I'm insane, I know. With such a hectic week, I need to prepare. Food prep is by far one of my favorite Sunday activities. Do I hope to look back one day and say "Damn, I loved food prepping for two hours every Sunday?" No, not one bit. What I hope to do is look back and know that I ate top chef food on a ramon noodle budget.

Also, I value exercise. I could be in the world's worst mood & all I need to do is go for a run to forget that mood. How do I fit in exercising? I schedule it. I make sure it is in my calendar and I don't miss a beat.  I exercise at least 6 times a week: 2 days of HIIT cardio, 3 days of weight training. The 6th day is a game time decision - anything from pilates to yoga to a quick Shaun T25 workout. I crave it. I crave sweat. (Gross)

I invite you stick around to learn more about my transition from home in New Hampshire to on my own in Boston, food prep Sundays & my workout regiments. I hope to keep track of all my successes and failures through this blog. My recent discovery of a low FODMAP diet (more to come) and intense weight training has motivated me to document and share it.

Living in Boston has been a struggle for me, that is probably why I stopped this blog in the first place. I can finally say I love my life in Boston and love my freedom in Boston. I have always been able to say that I freaking loving Fenway Franks...but now they are within walking distance from me.

Stay Fit & Eat Delicious,
Paige
