In a recent health kick, with the future of a wedding in my family happening, I am constantly on the hunt for healthy sweet treats. Many I just press "pin it" full well knowing I will not go back later and try it. But, this one particular recipe stuck out to me, and I just knew I HAD to try it. Having recently gone grocery shopping, I had all of the ingredients on hand!
It has two ingredients, bananas and oatmeal. I know, it can't be true. Well, my friends, it is true. Here is the final product...

- 2 bananas
- quick oats
- anything sweet!
It's as simple as 1, 2, 3. Not even kidding.
First, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Take a good size mixing bowl, add the two bananas into the bowl, and then add 1 cup of quick oats. Mix until the bananas are well "smushed" and the oatmeal is mixed in. I then chose to add in chocolate chips as my something sweet! You can choose to add anything such as nuts or dried fruit (I'm going to try it again next time!).

Once the everything is well mixed (see above), portion out the cookies onto a well greased baking sheet. I chose to make smaller cookies, allowing for a total of 18 cookies. If "normal sized" cookies were to be made, just about a dozen cookies would have been made.

Per my math, I figured that each cookie is only 30 calories. Yes, 30 calories.
Enjoy!
